C-MAC Micro Technology is an industry leader in the specialised manufacture of electronic systems requiring precision and high reliability in harsh environments. C-MAC produces high-reliability electronic systems, modules and components used in the automotive, aerospace, space, defence, telecommunications and medical markets.

As C-MAC expanded into the aerospace market this role of Project Manager was critical for their successful execution of the strategy and future growth of the company. This was a high pressure role with the future of a number of significant multi-national aerospace companies dependent on successful delivery. With the project due to complete by January 2005, planning, coordinating and managing engineering and operational activities enabled me to successfully meet this deadline with first shipments of product. As the project neared completion the scope of the role expanded to include the production management of a newly established production team.
