Being passionate about manufacturing, technology and innovation I have been involved in the design and manufacture of technology products and technology related services for over 15 years.

With an engineering degree in manufacturing my career started off in manufacturing research while at Bell Northern Research, and then process engineering at Nortel Networks. It was during this time, as a process engineer, that I became more involved with customer facing issues and how this translated into product requirements. It was at that point I decided to move into product management, and in 1999 I took my first step into a career of product management as an Associate Product Manager while at Nortel.

Since then I have gone on to manage some of the world’s most prestigious products and respected brands within the manufacturing and technology sector. In 2004 I graduated from Aston University, Business School with an MBA focusing on marketing strategy, strategic management and the management of innovation.

In today’s global markets and manufacturing environments my engineering degree in manufacturing and MBA have proved invaluable in enabling me to make the right commercial decisions while understanding the manufacturing challenges to develop the right products for the right markets on a global scale.
